Dr. Seth is the best!! My barely 2 year old was nervous as she walked back and sat in the dentist chair for her very first visit, but he instantly made her feel comfortable! He explained to me what he was doing while singing songs and engaging with my little girl. The front desk staff was equally as welcoming and pleasant to be around. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with insurance and letting me know what my coverage included and what my options were. Not to mention the office is so fun to play in, no one wanted to leave. Thanks for a great 1st dental visit!!

Great experience for my 3.5 yr old twins! Everyone was very patient .. Dr Reder was especially patient and gentle. My daughter requested a second cleaning as she enjoyed it so much! The office was very clean and child / toddler friendly ! Thank you Everyone!!

There really aren't enough good things to say about this dental practice. Dr. Reder has a true talent, he's got quite a calming effect on children and he's super knowledgeable about dental health. Ever since our first appointment for our two-year-old, we've been successfully brushing her teeth! It was a battle before seeing Dr. Reder.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Seth Reder. My son is fairly shy and he was so wonderful with him. His calm, kind demeanor put both my son and I at ease. The office is beautifully remodeled, clean and comfortable without feeling sterile. Dr. Seth was able to thoroughly examine my son's mouth while effectively communicating great information about brushing and flossing. We even discussed possible future consults with an orthodontist, which was initially very scary but after Dr. Seth's expertise and patient explanation I felt fine about it. Their support staff is also amazing. They were efficient, super friendly and professional.

Just took our 4 year old Twins for their 2nd ever dental visit and I can't say enough great things about how nice and considerate Dr. Reder and his staff were to our children. They let them explore the office, included them in all decisions and genuinely made them feel like the little people they are. Care was taken for their feelings during procedures and everything went very smoothly even when my daughter didn't just love the taste of the fluoride. For us, the TV on the ceiling was enough of a distraction to make the visit pleasant and get the necessary tasks done while still managing to educate us all in the process. Definitely a wonderful addition to the Dental Community in our small town! Way to go Capitola Kids Dentistry Team :)

Capitola kids dentistry is the BEST! My wife and I took our 2 yr old daughter for her first dental visit. We were very satisfied with the visit. As soon as you walk in nothing but positive energy. Great play area for the kids to distract themselves while you wait patiently or filling out paperwork. They also have great prizes for kids after their appointment. Dr. Reder is FANTASTIC! Explains everything thoroughly. Has great patience for kids. Dr. Reder and Monica were very helpful answering any questions we had. I definitely recommend Capitola Kids to anyone looking for a great experience.

We took our 2yr old to Dr. Reder for her first dentist visit and it was an all around wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, Andrea was so kind and welcoming. We felt right at home. Dr. Reder was kind, gentle and patient with all of us. I really loved how he talked all of us through the exam, reading my daughter response to the new dental experience. His gentle demeanor was really reassuring to her. I highly recommend Capitola Kids Dentistry for all your pediatric dental needs. I couldn't have asked for a better first dental experience. Dr. Reder and the staff at Capitola Kids Dentistry are wonderful! I took my 18 month old daughter in for her first ever dental exam today and it was such a positive experience for our whole family. Dr. Reder was so great with my daughter-- of course she was scared and he made sure it was fun and easy for her, and made my husband and comfortable as well. He spent time with us answering questions and explaining what he was doing. Andrea at the front desk was so sweet and friendly, and not only gave my daughter a balloon on her way out but even made sure it was her favorite color! The office is bright and cheerful, and there are wonderful toys and a big chalkboard wall in the waiting room. We are so lucky to have found such a great dental office for our family!

We took our 2yo and had the best experience. The Dr. was so patient with my screaming kid and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on. Their front desk staff is also very helpful. She made sure I understood what we were paying for what our insurance covered. We will defiantly be going back.

Our daughter had her first dentist visit here and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. They were very easy to work with on our schedule, on-time and very welcoming. When we arrived the waiting area was a perfect place for our daughter to play while I filed out the paperwork. Dr. Reder had a professional yet personable approach that made our daughter very relaxed. He took time to explain the visit in detail for myself but kept things moving along (toddlers short attention span!) Kids get to pick out fun little prizes after and even got a balloon! We are pleased with how it all went and highly recommend taking your kids here.
